Private Yoga Instruction 

Private Yoga Instruction is an excellent way to deepen your practice, and learn about your body.  A private session can be designed to address your specific needs and goals.                      

 As you may have noticed, if you want to take a Yoga class, there are numerous styles to choose from. From trendy to traditional, there seem to be classes for every body type and personality. What you may not know is that the whole concept of a Yoga "class" is relatively new as compared to the history of the practice. For centuries Yoga was not taught in group classes, but as a one-on-one practice. The reason you see so many styles of Yoga classes is that there are so many types of people, all with different proficiency levels. And as our bodies and minds develop and change over time (at different rates!), each person's Yoga practice needs to respond to those changes to remain effective.

  

Private Rasamaya Yoga~ A private yoga session based on the Rasamaya tradition.   Attention to alignment, hands on adjustments, and one on one instruction in how to deepen your practice.

Private Vinyasa or Restorative Yoga~ A private yoga session based on flowing transitions from each posture, Attention to alignment, hands on adjustments, and one on one instruction on how to get the most out of your flow.

Private Group Classes~ Gather 6 or more people with a common interest in yoga, and provide a space that will accommodate everyone.  Choose between Rasamaya, Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa, or Restorative Yoga and I will come to your space.  Excellent for a lunch time refresher at the office or for the family on vacation.

PNF & Yoga~ A personalized series of yoga postures specifically chosen based on your needs and interests 'combine with PNF stretching (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation), adjustments, and alignment instruction.
